Update

Once again our girls have been excelling at home and overseas!! BIG Congrats to Michelle competing in Germany over the weekend... Michelle who is presently in Germany gained 2nd over all in the Naturals and by all accounts ... she was the only N A T U R A L !!! Daniella O Mara (who is tasting semi retirement!) is back from Slovakia and gained second in her division and won the routine round, which is kicking butt over the Russian Gals! In only 2 weeks we have Rae off to Melbourne to for the All Female Classic then the Nationals then the Olympia..now that is keen!! You go Girl!! Lil Pocket Rocket has been running her own fare race and spreading the good word of Fitness and Figure Education to those in Melbourne and the East Coast, we need to get that Lil dynamo to the West, but in the mean time ’Sara’ is dieting down and on the move to conquer NZ...stay tuned.. Carleigh our kickarse boxing gal gave her opponent (of many more years experience) at Dustup09 a licking, and has caught the eyes of critics around with an invite to a bout in Adelaide in the not to distant future. Lisa has been trapeezing around the planet and it looks like we have back in Oz for a wee bit with seminars and coaching, so stay tuned for where Lisa will flip - ahh pop up next!!
