I Live in the seaside suburb of Rockingham Western Australia with husband David Nazaroff and two Great Danes Flex and Lucy.
I train at Aqua Jetty Warnbro and Pure Fitness Cannningvale under the watchful eye of Coach Julian Hamilton. I train a few times a day. Usually 2 cardio sessions morning and night, 1 weight session per day with a swim, sauna and steam a couple of times per week along with 1 pilates session and 1 Yoga session per week.
NazaFit Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching is my passion and I am a certified CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Master Personal Trainer. My mission in life is to inspire and teach my clients how to become a living testament of health and vitality and to ensure they achieve their health and fitness goals no matter what hurdles we must overcome along the way.
I am a strong believer in health and wellness in Body Mind and Spirit. I am passionate about organic whole food nutrition, correct supplementation and relaxation all year round so I can live a strong, healthy and long life. I am also an avid goal setter with specific targets set for myself weekly, monthly, yearly and long term.
I have competed in Figure competitions since 2001 where I have gone on to win a number of titles. I am passionate about Figure and have always focused on bringing a balanced, healthy and feminine physique to the stage. I had to take some time off from the figure stage as I underwent Open Heart Surgery in 2004 where I had my aortic and pulmonary valves replaced. After this operation my Doctors and friends said I would never compete again. Due to my strong belief in myself and passion for the sport I decided I would show everyone who doubted me that you could get back on the figure stage after undergoing life saving surgery in great shape. I was also advised that having a baby may not be a great idea. Again I had other ideas and I welcomed my bundle of joy Sierra Skye Nazaroff to the world in October 2007. If I inspire one person to get on the figure stage after major surgery or child birth I will be satisfied that my journey has been worth the effort.

My name is Rae Cattach, I am 40 years old, an IT Coordinator and Figure Bodybuilding Competitor.
I am very excited to be sponsored by Underworld Activewear because I absolutely believe that just because you work hard in the gym doesn’t mean you can’t wear something bright, funky and glamorous while doing it! You only have to ask someone who knows me how much I love cute activewear, and what I love about Underworld Activewear’s clothing is that it is so different to most other styles out there. I pretty much live in these kinds of clothes outside of work.
My story is that I wasn’t exactly overweight but after years of training I felt I needed a challenge to shake me up, so I entered a 12-week challenge in 2004. Whilst I didn’t win the challenge, I achieved so much more than I ever thought possible. The next logical step for me in order to challenge myself further, as with a lot of other girls who transform their body, was to enter a Figure bodybuilding competition. I found a Coach who remains my Coach to this day (Andrew Ivey), entered my first comp and the rest is history.
In my first 4 years in this sport, I have entered 8 competitions, winning 3 and placing in the top 5 at all most of them, with one exception. It has become an all-consuming passion for me and is what gets me out of bed in the mornings (4.30am in the mornings!) I have made so many friends in this sport. there have been so many people that have gone out of their way to encourage, support and share their experiences and knowledge with me and I am aiming to do the same. I want to be able to give back to the sport that has given me so much. To be presented with any opportunity to encourage, support and assist other people in achieving what I have achieved is such an honor and something that brings me great happiness. I have learned a lot of lessons through this journey, some of them great, some of them downright hard, and hope to share them with other people through my online blog to make their journey’s a bit easier.
My main aim with my sport is to show people that it is a misconception that it is an unhealthy sport. You can be a bodybuilder and live a healthy lifestyle all year round. This is one of the reasons I choose to compete as a natural figure competitor. As someone who has lost both parents to cancer, it is very important to me to live as healthy as I can, and encourage others to do the same. It’s more than just competition day to me, the general overall feeling of health and wellbeing is what drives me to stick to my healthy eating habits and training day in day out, all year round. Even thought I have come a long way, I still have a long way to go.
I have gained so much more than a better physique since commencing this journey. My confidence, happiness, inner strength, self-discipline and passion for life has increased ten-fold, and continues to grow daily. I have achieved so much more than I thought possible since commencing my athletic career in Figure Bodybuilding, and I know this is only the beginning.

Daniela was born and raised in Bratislava, Slovakia. Located in the heart of Europe, it is home to a harmonious and rich mixture of various nations and nationalities.
Bratislava, located on the banks of the River Danube is where Daniela began her journey at the age of 6 training diligently in the arts of gymnastics and ballet. Her determination quickly yielded fruitful results earning her 3rd place at the Bratislava State Championships during her first ever competition at age 10. Following this, her achievements rapidly gained momentum resulting in 6th place at the Slovak National Championships and from then on taking 1st place at each and every major Rhythmic Gymnastic championship in Slovakia until she retired undefeated at the age of 20.
Her journey then took her on a successful career as a professional dancer with the Slovak Musical Theatre Company through which she travelled extensively throughout Europe captivating the hearts of many with her beautiful and elegant performances. During this time she simultaneously undertook her university education in order to become an English and Physical Education Teacher and went on to complete a PhD in Sport Sciences.
The year 1999 led her to Australia, seeking to expand her horizons and to explore this beautiful country which is contrastingly different to her native country Slovakia in so many ways. After travelling around Australia, Daniela eventually chose the beautiful city of Perth in Western Australia as the place where she would now call home. After a couple of years living the Australian life, Daniela felt that she wanted to utilise her dance and gymnastic abilities in a new form leading her to become an IFBB Fitness Competitor. A short 6 months later Daniela competed in her very first IFBB competition.
Ten years later, Daniela together with her husband Mike is running the acclaimed O’Mara Personal Training Business.
